Biographies
 David Michail has been actively involved in business, corporate and marketing transactions since 1996. As a former general counsel for two Virginia corporations, Mr. Michail most recently was the Director of Legal Affairs for Rare Medium, Inc. (NASDAQ: RRRR), leading Rare Medium's Western United States legal department in web services, broadband, e-commerce, digital media and wireless competencies.
In 2001, Mr. Michail left Rare Medium to form an AV rated law practice that focuses on the growth and development of emerging businesses. Mr. Michail’s current areas of practice include Advertising Law, Business Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual property, Internet Law and Media & Marketing Law.
Mr. Michail received his juris doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, and is licensed to practice law in the jurisdictions of California, Virginia, Colorado and District of Columbia. He is also licensed to appear before the United States Federal District Courts (Central California) and the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals (4th Circuit).
